Apostle Deborah Fowler a woman of faith, a native of Alhambra, CA and is the founder of Divine Appointment Deliverance & Healing International Ministries in Alhambra, CA.
Apostle Fowler is the proud mother of two children.
Apostle Gloria Villeda of Rivers of Living Water Ministry was her spiritual mother. She mentored, consecrated, dedicated and positioned her in ministry in 1997. She attended Lifeline International School of Ministry founded by Dr. Vernon Falls.
In 2003 she was ordained as House Prophetess and Elder by Apostle Dorothy A. Evans, of Refuge Christian Center in Pasadena, CA, later in 2004 Prophetess Fowler was ordained as Pastor and Prophetess under God’s Helping Hands Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Henrietta Jones;. In 2007, she birthed the church, Divine Appointment Deliverance and Healing International Ministries in Alhambra, CA.
In 2008, Pastor Fowler was installed as Bishop under BAPPs Ambassador In Christ, Inc. Ministries, under Prophet Joseph Hargo the Presiding Prelate. She was also installed as Bishop and successor to God’s Helping Hands Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Henrietta Jones.
God continued to honor and elevate Bishop Fowler in 2009 and confirmed her as Apostle by Apostle Michelle Dixon of Rivers of Life, International Ministries Inc, and later re-confirmed by Prophet Charles Martinez of Thunder Heart Ministries and has served as a spiritual mentor for many years. Prophet Rogers Decuir of Holy Deliverance Pentecostal Church has served as her spiritual father and mentor for many years.
Apostle Fowler is the founder of Elijah’s Brook, which is established to support leaders for the building of God’s Kingdom and to equip, edify and restore them to their rightful place in the Kingdom of God. In addition to her ministry work she founded Bridge of Hope Community Development Center Inc., which provides programs, community development and academic enrichment to youth and adults in the surrounding communities.
Apostle Fowler provides oversight to ministries throughout the nation and mentorship to those called to the fivefold ministry and continues to flow in the gift of the prophetic, healing and creative miracles. She is appreciative for the great men and women God placed in her path, that obeyed His voice to confirm the ordained plans God has placed on her life. All glory and honor goes to the Lord who has destined and established her as the Apostle over Divine Appointment Deliverance & Healing International Ministries.
